This is to certify that I am an Attorney at Law, duly admitted to
practice in the State of Iowa and located at Ames, Iowa; that I
have examined the abstract of title certified to by Abstract &
Title Services of Story County from the root of title down to and

opinion that merchantable title, in fee simple and free from
material objections, is in Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. , subject
to easements of record.
Said real estate is to be part of a subdivision hereinafter known
as Hillside Subdivision, Third Addition, in Ames, Iowa.
