RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PAVING IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION, 3RD ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the paving
improvements required for the Hillside Subdivision, 3rd Addition, are hereby accepted as complete
and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the required public improvements
is hereby released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
Done this 26th day of October, 1999.
