RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
3303 AND 3311 EAST LINCOLN WAY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 3303 and 3311 East Lincoln Way,and the owner is Barilla;and,

the Plat of Survey for 3303 and 3311 East Lincoln Way is hereby approved.
