The abstracted property encompasses and contains the real estate first described above,which is to be platted and known as"Darul Argum Subdivision, an Official Plat,now included in and forming a part of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa". The abstract indicates that the property is zoned in the City of Ames as"RI-6" (Low Density Residential). b. The real estate taxes for fiscal year 1995/96 and all prior years have been paid. The regular taxes for fiscal year 1996/97 have not been certified for collection by the Story County Auditor to the Story County Treasurer as of the date of last continuation. C. The real estate described above is free from certified special assessments through the date of last continuation. 3.
