WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, a Conceptual Development Plan of real estate to be known as Cooper's First Addition, and WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Ames, Iowa, has recommended that the Conceptual Development Plan be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Conceptual Development Plan of Cooper's First Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby approved.
