NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Ames, Iowa that the Plat of the Cooper's First Subdivision of

Ames, Iowa, be and -it is hereby accepted and approved subject to
notice hereby that if Lots 3 and 4 are so conveyed as to be owned by
different persons, the existing building will cease to conform to the
current%5 zoning regulations of the City,a y, and may be subject to legal

93-231 is a true and accurate copy of the said Resolution; and that the
said Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
