RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH
TEI CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., OF DUNCAN, SOUTH CAROLINA
FOR BOILER MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR POWER PLANT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No.2 on contract with Tei Construction Services,Inc.of Duncan,South Carolina,
for the Boiler Maintenance Services for Power Plant be approved and adopted as attached hereto and
made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24`'' day of April, 2018.
