RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
202 AND 212 LINCOLN WAY AND 111 SOUTH SHERMAN AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS,application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line adjustment
per Section 23.309; of the Municipal Code•, and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 202 Lincoln Way,212 Lincoln Way and 111 South Sherman Avenue,
and the owner is Mildred E. Ely; and,
WHEREAS,the real estate description is: Parcel"E"Located Entirely Within Lots 1,2 and 3,Including
the South 60'of Lots 1 and 2 All in Block 2 of Black's Addition to City of Ames, Iowa of Section 11,Township
83 North,Range 24 West of the 5th P.m., Story County, Iowa.
More Particularly Described as Follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Said Lot 1 of Block 2, Black's

the Plat of Survey for 202 Lincoln Way and 212 Lincoln Way and 111 South Sherman Avenue is hereby
approved.
