RESOLUTION NO. 18-183
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2812 AND 2826 HYATT CIRCLE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 2812 and 2826 Hyatt Circle, and the owners are Prestage Farms
of Iowa, LLC, and Dayton Park, LLC, respectively; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:
PARCEL `B': LOT 10 AND THE WEST 45.00 FEET OF LOT 11, IN AMES
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PARK, FOURTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
AMES, STORY COUNTY, IOWA.
PARCEL `C': LOT 11, EXCEPT THE WEST 45.00 FEET OF LOT 11, IN AMES
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PARK, FOURTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
AMES, STORY COUNTY, IOWA;
and,
WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of the Planning and Housing Director finds that approval
requires all public improvements associated with and required for the proposed Plat of Survey be delayed,
subject to an improvement guarantee as described in Section 23.409 of the Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2812 and 2826 Hyatt Circle is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 10" day of April, 2018.
