Dear Bob:
Re: Right-of-way encroachment permits 1910 & 1914 East Lincoln Way_
East Lincoln Way Development Subdivision
The paved area between the back of curb and the property line is used to access
parking stalls in front of 1910 and 1914 East Lincoln Way. The paved area that
exists between the right-of way line and the building is approximately 25' wide. Since
parking stalls need to be only 19' deep, cars parked directly in front of the buildings
will not encroach into city right-of-way. Even though the paved area in the right-of-
way exceeds normal driveway widths the City of Anies will allow this use to continue.
The requirement that the developer acquire right-of-way encroachment permits for
1910 and 1914 East Lincoln Way prior to approval of the final plat for the East
Lincoln Way Development subdivision has been removed.

Re: Driveway/Parking Encroachment
Dear Eden:
Attached is an encroachment permit for the driveway/parking at 1910, 1912, and
1914 East Lincoln Way.
I do have a concern why this permit is necessary because the encroachment was
existing from the construction of the frontage road previous to the request to subdivide
the property. Was there a fee collected previously? Was it required at the time of
construction?
Please give me a call so we can resolve this issue.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
FRIEDRICH CONSTRUCTION
