MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
WHEREAS, WILLIAM A. MOORE (the "Mortgagee") is the present owner of the
mortgage given by Jensen Development Corporation, Ltd., to William A. Moore under date of
July 23, 1999 and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on July 23, 1999, and
recorded as Instrument No. 99-09963 and therefore, Mortgagee has an interest in the real property
described in the consent to platting to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting is attached;
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real
property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Sixth Addition, Dauntless
Subdivision,Ames,Iowa and deems it advisable to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration the Mortgagee agrees and
consents to the platting of the real property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known
as Sixth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision, Ames, Iowa to which this Mortgagee's Consent to
Platting.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on
its behalf on this 4th day of May, 2001..

On May 4, 2001, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said State,
personally appeared WILLIAM A. MOORE to me known to be the PERSON named in and who
