CONSENT AND DEDICATION
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That EVERTT W. COCHRANE
and MARJORIE L. COCHRANE,husband and wife, are the legal titleholders of the real property
located in Story County, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
Outlots "E", Fourth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision,Ames,Iowa.
As owners of said real property, pursuant to section 354.11 of the Code of Iowa, Everett
w. Cochrane and Marjorie L. Cochrane do hereby acknowledge and declare that the subdividing
of said real property(and other real property owned by Jensen Development Corporation, Ltd.)as
it appears on the plat attached hereto is done with their free consent and in accordance with their
desire. The plat of said real property is to be part of a subdivision plat known as:
Sixth Addition,Dauntless Subdivision,Ames, Iowa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned attorney-in-fact covenants that the powers of
attorney recorded in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on March 7, 1997, as
Instrument Number 97-02232 and Instrument Number 97-02233 are still in full force and effect
and unamended as of this date, that said Everett W. Cochrane and Marjorie L. Cochrane are each
still alive as of this date and that the undersigned is presently the duly authorized and acting agent
for Everett W. Cochrane and Marjorie L. Cochrane, and in such capacity has executed this
instrument on May_, 2001.
