Dauntless Subdivision, Ames, Iowa MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING WHEREAS, MOORE PROPERTIES & DEVELOPMENT, LLC (the "Mortgagee") is the present owner of the mortgage given by Jensen Development Corporation, Ltd., to Moore Properties & Development, LLC, under date of March 26, 1999 and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on March 30, 1999, and recorded as Instrument No. 99-04132 and therefore,Mortgagee has an interest in the real property described in the consent to platting to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting is attached; WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Sixth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision,Ames,Iowa and deems it advisable to do so; NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration the Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Sixth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision, Ames, Iowa to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting.
