AND PARTIAL RELEASE
Fifth Addition,Dauntless Subdivision,Ames,Iowa
WHEREAS, Union Planters Bank, National Association (the "Mortgagee") the present owner
of the mortgage given by Terra Firma,L.P., to Union Planters Bank,National Association, under date
of April 3, 2000, and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on April 3, 2000, and re-
corded as Instrument N°00-03336, and therefore,Mortgagee has an interest in the real property described
in the consent to platting to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting is attached;
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real property de-
scribed in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Fifth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision, Ames
Iowa, a replat of Outlot"H,"Fourth Addition,Dauntless Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, and deems it advisable
to do so;
WHEREAS,the Mortgagee has been requested to release the lien of said mortgage with respect to
certain tracts dedicated to public use,within said subdivision plat;
NOW,THEREFORE,for good and valuable consideration:
CONSENT. The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real property described in the
attached subdivision plat to be known as Fifth Addition, Dauntless Subdivision Ames Iowa to which
this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting.
PARTIAL RELEASE. The Mortgagee does hereby release the lien of said mortgage as to that cer-
tain real property situated in Story County, Iowa, described as follows: Lot F, Fifth Addition, Dauntless
Subdivision,Ames,Iowa. This instrument constitutes a release of the lien of said mortgage only as to the
real property described above and shall not affect the lien of said mortgage on the remaining real property
described therein which shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on its behalf
on February // ,2001.
