Hunziker, 535 Main St., Ames, IA 50010; telephone 232-4115 PUBLIC PATHWAY EASEMENT The undersigned, Hunziker Development Co., L.C., in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to use the following described real estate as a public pathway: The East 15.00 feet of Lot 24; AND the West 15.00 feet of Lot 25. IN SIXTH ADDITION, HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION, IN AMES, IOWA. The foregoing right is granted with the understanding that the owners of the real estate abutting the pathway shall share equally in the cost of maintaining the public pathway in the manner prescribed by the Ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa.
