RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
2015/16 RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTORATION PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has filed a certificate of completion for the
2015/16 Right-of-Way Restoration Project for the City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance with a contract
dated April 26, 2016, by and between the City of Ames, Iowa, and Green Tech of Iowa of Grimes,
Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the 2015/16 Right-of-Way Restoration Project has been
fizlly completed by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract and is
hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $180,939.60.
Section 3. The amount due Green Tech of Iowa of Grimes, Iowa, is hereby ordered paid
as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
