Jensen, husband and wife, have executed a written Consent and Dedication declaring that the platting is with their free consent and is in accordance with their desire as proprietors,and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the plat should be approved and the dedicated land accepted.
