The Agreement for Public Improvements secured by a letter of credit in the amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE DOLLARS and 00/100 ($116,779.00) is hereby authorized with respect to the balance of the public improvements required for approval of the final plat of the aforementioned subdivision.
