RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2021 AUDUBON DRIVE AND 2104 LEOPOLD DRIVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary lime
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the sites are located at 2021 Audubon Drive and 2104 Leopold Drive, and the owner
is Hunzker Christy Shirk Builders, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:
PARCEL 'A' IN HAYDEN'S CROSSING SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION,
COMPRISED OF ALL OF LOT 19 HAYDEN'S CROSSING SUBDIVISION, FIRST
ADDITION, AND PART OF LOT 2, HAYDEN'S CROSSING SUBDIVISION,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2021 Audubon Drive and 2104 Leopold Drive is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 1 Oth day of October, 2017.
