Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 364.7, notice regarding the proposed sale of real property, which included the date set for the public hearing, was published on September 19, 2017. 2. The public hearing regarding the disposition of the property was held on September 26, 2017, pursuant to said notice, and the City Council approved said conveyance.
