Home My WebLink AboutA014 - Resolution No. 01-446 adopted September 25, 2001 RESOLUTION NO. 01-446 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR WINDSOR OAKS SUBDIVISION FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa: Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the utilities and paving required for the Windsor Oaks Subdivision are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and, Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the above-mentioned public improvements is hereby released and shall be returned to the subdivider. Done this 25th day of September, 2001. �.{,�"R.�Q Diane R.
