AMES SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION f/k/a AMES BUILDING
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, Mortgagee under a certain Mortgage executed
by EVERETT W. COCHRANE and MARJORIE L. COCHRANE, husband and
wife, as Mortgagors under date of March 7, 1977, and filed for
record on March 8, 1977, in Book 131, Page 34, Records of Story
County, Iowa, does by these presents consent to the platting
of the following-described real estate, to-wit:
