CONSENT TO PLATTING
BRENTON NATIONAL BANK OF DES MOINES, holder of certain
interests under the following instruments executed by MORTENSON I,
A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP:
a. Mortgagee under a certain Mortgage dated
January 1, 1987, and filed for record on
March 2, 1987, in Book 306, Page 231,
Records of Story County, Iowa;
b. Assignee under a certain Assignment dated
January 1, 1987, and filed for record on
March 2, 1987 , in Book 247, Page 219,
Records of Story County, Iowa;
C. Secured party under a certain Financing
Statement dated and filed for record on
March 2, 1987, in Book 306, Page 275,
Records of Story County, Iowa; and
d. Trustee under a certain Regulatory Agreement
dated January 1 , 1987, and filed for record

does by these presents consent to the platting of the following-
