I, S. A. HOLM, hereby state that I am an Attorney
at Law, duly admitted to the practice of law in the State of
Iowa, and a member of the firm of Pasley, Singer, Pasley, Holm,
Timmons & Mathison, with offices at 323 Sixth Street, Ames, Story
County, Iowa. I further state that I have examined the Abstract
of Title to the following-described real estate:

Title, it is my opinion that the fee simple title is in EVERETT
W. COCHRANE and MORTENSON I, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, and said

real estate is free from encumbrances except for the following:

dated March 7, 1977, and filed for record
on March 8, 1977, in Book 131, Page 34,

Des Moines, dated January 1, 1987, and
filed for record on March 2, 1987, in Book
306, Page 231, Records of Story County,
Iowa;
3. Assignment to Brenton National Bank of

Iowa.
The property is subject to easements and restrictions of record
and the general zoning ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa.
