POTTER, Recorder POLK COUNTY ) By Deputy BRENTON NATIONAL BANK OF DES MOINES for good and valuable consideration does hereby release the following- described real estate situated in Story County, Iowa, to-wit: That portion of Mortensen Road located on Lot 1 , Willow Creek Estates Fourth Addition, in the City of Ames, Iowa, dedicated to the public in connection with the platting of said Subdivision and as reflected on the survey plat thereof attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, from the terms and conditions of a certain regulatory agreement made and executed by MORTENSON I, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and Brenton National Bank of Des Moines, said regulatory agreement being dated January 1 , 1987 , and having been filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on March 2, 1987, in Book 247 , Page 267; and further it acknowledges that the terms and conditions of said regulatory agreement is hereby subordinated to the interests of the City of Ames, Iowa, in: All easement rights encumbering Lot 1 , Willow Creek Estates Fourth Addition, in the City of Ames, Iowa, conveyed to the City of Ames, Iowa, in connection with the platting of said Subdivision and as reflected on the survey plat thereof attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. The intention being to release or subordinate only the property above-described and in all other respects said regulatory agreement is to remain in full force and effect.
