husband and wife, do hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa,
its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to construct,
reconstruct, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer and a storm sewer line
upon, underground, over or across the following-described real
estate:
An easement area on Lot Two (2) , Willow Creek
Estates Fourth Addition, in the City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa; described as follows :
"Beginning at a point 544. 0 feet S 00' 09 ' 22"
E of the Northeast (N.E. ) corner of the South-
west Quarter (SW4) of the Northwest Quarter
(NWA) of Section 8 - T83N - R24W of the 5th
P.M. , in the City of Ames, Story County,
Iowa (which point is the Southeast (S.E. )
corner of Lot Seventeen (17) in Dwight Harris
Subdivision, in the City of Ames, Story County,
Iowa) ; thence S 00' 09 ' 22" E, 512 . 0 feet along
the east line of the SWa-NWa of said Section 8,
to the center of College Creek; thence N 89'

Note: This description is a redefinition of the
existing description of record. This easement
area was dedicated to the City of Ames with the
platting of Dwight Harris Subdivision and Filed
for record on July 9, 1976 , and recorded in
Book 131 , Page 94 in the Story County Recorder' s
Office.
Easement area is shown on the Final Plat of
0-
Willow Creek Estates Fourth Addition.

The foregoing rights are granted upon the express
condition that the users of the granted rights will assume
liability for all damage to the real estate described herein
and any adjacent real estate caused by failure to use due care
in the exercise of the granted rights.
