That EVERETT W. COCHRANE and MARJORIE L. COCHRANE,
husband and wife, do hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa,
its successors and assignes, the perpetual right to construct,
reconstruct, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer line upon,
underground, over or across the following-described real estate:
A Ten (10) foot wide easement, across Lot Two
(2) , in Willow Creek Estates Fourth Addition,
in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; Five
(5) feet on each side of the following described
centerline:
"Commencing at the Southeast (S.E. ) corner of
said Lot Two (2) ; thence N 00° 09 ' 22" W, 92 . 46
feet along the east line of Lot 2 , to the Point
of Beginning; thence N 68' 47 ' 32" W, 157 . 38
feet; thence S 70' 56 ' 19" W, 595. 20 feet;
thence N 81' 52 ' 48" W, 298 . 27 feet; thence N
36° 42 ' 32" W, 441 . 10 feet to the Point of
Ending, (said point being on the north line of
Lot 2 and N 89' 05 ' 00" E, 11 . 17 feet from the
northwest corner thereof) " ;
Note: This description is a redefinition of the
existing description of record. This strip of
land was taken by condemnation and Filed for
record on December 23, 1963 , and recorded in
Book 96 , Page 49 in the Story County Recorder' s
Office.
Easement is shown on the Final Plat of Willow
Creek Estates Fourth Addition.

Cw The foregoing rights are granted upon the express
condition that the users of the granted rights will assume
liability for all damage to the real estate described herein
and any adjacent real estate caused by failure to use due care
in the exercise of the granted rights.
