COCHRANE, husband and wife, do hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, its successors and assignes, the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer line upon, underground, over or across the following-described real estate: A Ten (10) foot wide easement, across Lot Two (2) , in Willow Creek Estates Fourth Addition, in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; Five (5) feet on each side of the following described centerline: "Commencing at the Southeast (S.E. ) corner of said Lot Two (2) ; thence N 00° 09 ' 22" W, 92 . 46 feet along the east line of Lot 2 , to the Point of Beginning; thence N 68' 47 ' 32" W, 157 . 38 feet; thence S 70' 56 ' 19" W, 595. 20 feet; thence N 81' 52 ' 48" W, 298 . 27 feet; thence N 36° 42 ' 32" W, 441 . 10 feet to the Point of Ending, (said point being on the north line of Lot 2 and N 89' 05 ' 00" E, 11 . 17 feet from the northwest corner thereof) " ; Note: This description is a redefinition of the existing description of record. This strip of land was taken by condemnation and Filed for record on December 23, 1963 , and recorded in Book 96 , Page 49 in the Story County Recorder' s Office.
