KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Everett W. Cochrane and Marjorie J. Cochrane,
husband and wife; and Mortenson I, A Limited Partnership, do
hereby acknowledge and declare that the platting of the following-
described real estate, situated in the City of Ames, Iowa, to-wit:
