UTILITY EASEMENT F
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Willow Creek Land
Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Iowa and having its principal place of business in Story County, Iowa, in
consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, does
hereby grant unto the City of Ames , Iowa, a municipal corporation, its suc-
cessors and assigns, the following described permanent easements, to-wit:
1. ELECTRIC. A permanent easement to construct, reconstruct,
maintain and use electric utility lines, including the right to trim or re-
move trees to secure a clearance of four feet, over, upon, across and un-
der the West 10 feet of Willow Creek Estates Second Addition to the City
of Ames, Iowa.
2. WATER. A permanent easement to construct, reconstruct, main-
tain and use water mains over, upon, across and under a strip of land 10
feet either side of a line described as beginning at a point 400. 0 feet South
0006'12" East of the Northwest corner of Willow Creek Estates Second Addi-
tion to the City of Ames, Iowa, thence North 89°53'48" East 667. 0 feet,
thence North 10°53'48" East to the North line of Willow Creek Estates Sec-
ond Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa.
3. STORM SEWER. A permanent easement to construct, recon-
struct, maintain and use a storm sewer over,upon, across and under a
strip of land 10 feet either side of a line described as beginning at a point
131. 0 feet South 0°06'12" East of the Northwest corner of Willow Creek
Estates Second Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, thence North 67°23'
48" East 209. 0 feet to the North line of Willow Creek Estates Second Addi-
tion to the City of Ames, Iowa.
4. SANITARY SEWER. A permanent easement to construct, recon-
struct, maintain and use a sanitary sewer over, upon, across and under (a)
a strip of land 10 feet either side of a line described as beginning at a point
100. 0 feet South 0°06'12" East of the Northwest corner of Willow Creek
Estates Second Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, thence North 75°23'48"
East 199. 0 feet to the North line of Willow Creek Estates Second Addition
to the City of Ames, Iowa; and (b) a strip of land 10 feet either side of a
line described as beginning at a point 49. 25 feet North 75°06'12" West of
the Northeast corner of Willow Creek Estates Second Addition to the City
of Ames, Iowa, thence South 35°36'12" East 69. 0 feet to the East line of
Willow Creek Estates Second Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that
the City of Ames, Iowa, will assume responsibility for all damage to the
above described property caused by the City's exercise of its granted right.

undersigned, a Notary Public in and for 6aid State, personally appeared
Everett W. Cochrane and Albert F. Wiuff, to me personally known, who,
being by _me duly sworn, did say that they are the President and Secretary
respectively, of said corporation; that no seal has been procured by the
said'corporation; that said instrument was signed on behalf of said corpo-
ration_by authority of its Board of Directors; and that the said Everett W.
Cochrane'and Albert F. Wiuff as such officers acknowledged the execution
of said instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of said corporation, by
it and by them voluntarily executed.
