SUBJECT: Subdivision street acceptance for Country Gables 7th.Addition and :y
Wildflower Subdivision.
BACKGROUND:
During this construction season, the street construction for two subdivi
sions has been completed. The two areas are:
1 . Country Gables 7th Addition located in the 'southeastern portion of
the City.
2. Wildflower Subdivision located in the west part of the City.
Each of these areas are residential subdivisions. The construction was
completed in accordance with the requirements of the City.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council accept the
street construction in Country Gables 7th Addition and Wildflower Subdivi-
sion.
