RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SOUTH FORK SUBDIVISION, 8TH ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the asphalt
surface paving, final utility fixture adjustments, seeding/erosion control, and street lighting
construction improvements required for the South Fork Subdivision, 8th Addition, are hereby
accepted as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 151h day of August, 2017.
