and, WHEREAS, the sites are located at 3655, 3649, 3643 and 3637 Story Street, 303 Westwood, and 3622 Woodland Street, the owners are: Douglas and Ruth Provow, Timothy and Jemy Arends, Margaret Newton, Kim Hasstedt, Mathew Miller, and Independent School District of Ames,respectively; and, WHEREAS, the real estate descriptions are: Survey Description-Parcel'A' (3655 Story Street): Lot 7, Edgewood Fifth Addition and part of the North 40 Rods of the West 24 Rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., all in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, and all together being described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 7; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 3655, 3649, 3643 and 3637 Story Street, 303 Westwood, and 3622 Woodland Street is hereby approved.
