SUBJECT: White Oak Subdivision
The replatting of lot "B" of Oakwood First Addition is now completed.
The recorded subdivision documents and an abstract showing the comple-
tion of the platting process, with the requested restrictive covenants,
are included with this memorandum to the City Clerk. The new lots "A"
through "N" may now be conveyed to interested purchasers in accordance
with the statutory notice and hearing procedure for such consideration
as is deemed to reasonably approximate market value of the parcel to be
conveyed. The preparation of deeds, notices, and resolutions will Pend
advice and coordination by the Dept. of Planning and Housing.
