FIRSTAR BANK AMES (formerly known as United Bank and
Trust, Ames, Iowa)'; mortgagee of a certain Mortgage executed by
FORD STREET DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, as mortgagor, said Mortgage being
dated July 25, 1989, and having been filed in the office of the
Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on July 27, 1989, in Book 370,
commencing at page 5, and a Mortgage executed by said FORD STREET
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY to UNITED BANK AND TRUST dated July 25, 1989,
and filed in said office of said county on May 25, 1990, in Book
390 at page 102, does by these presents consent to the platting of
the following-described real estate, to-wit:
