PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE �YY�
UNITED BANK AND TRUST, AMES, A IOWA, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) �and other good and
valuable consideration, does hereby release the following-described
property situated in Story County, Iowa, to-wit:
All platted streets and easement rights
conveyed_ or dedicated to the City of Ames,
Iowa, pertaining to the described •land on the
attached Exhibit A, which has been platted as
SECOND ADDITION OF W.G.G.C. SUBDIVISION, AMES,
IOWA,
from the lien of a certain Mortgage made and executed by FORD
STREET DEVELOPMENT COMPANY to UNITED BANK AND TRUST, AMES, IOWA,
said Mortgage being dated the 25th day of July, 1989, and having
been recorded in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa,
on the 27th day of July, 1989., in Book 370, commencing at page 5.
The intention herein is to release only the property
described herein, and in all other respects the said Mortgage is

to remain in full force and effect.
