RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR BOILER TUBE SPRAY
COATING AND RELATED SERVICES AND SUPPLIES FOR POWER PLANT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
Section 1. The contract between the City of Ames, Iowa, and Integrated Global Services, Inc.,
of Richmond, Virginia, dated the 27th day of June, 2017, for the Boiler Tube Spray Coating and
Related Services and Supplies for the Power Plant as provided for in the detailed plans and
specifications referred to in the preamble hereof, and the performance bond of the said
contractor with Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company of Plymouth, Minnesota, as surety
thereon, in the amount of $300,000.00 filed in connection therewith, be and the same are
hereby approved.
Section 2. All resolutions or order or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extend of such conflict.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the contract and bond for the Boiler Tube Spray Coating and Related Services and Supplies for
the Power Plant is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 27th day of June, 2017.
