At your request we have examined the Abstract of Title
prepared by Story County Abstract Company of Nevada, Iowa,
showing the title ffom the Root of Title down to and
includin the 3 d da of J _)j - 1987 at

real estate located in Story County, Iowa, to-wit:
Beginning at a point that is 515. 64 feet
North of the Southeast Corner of the South-
west Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Five (5) ,
Township Eighty-three (83) North, Range
Twenty-four (24) West of the 5th P.M. , in
the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; then
continuing North 010 ' East 457. 86 feet;
then North 88019 ' West 102. 7 feet; then
South 1041 ' West 65 feet; then North 88119 '
West 10 feet to the Northeast Corner of Lot
One (1) , Kocimski ' s First Addition to Ames;

We are of the opinion that the Abstract shows on the date of
continuation thereof good and merchantable title to the
above-described real estate in fee simple in Karol J.
Kocimski and WESTWOOD VILLAGE RECREATION AREA, INC. , subject
only to mortgages in favor of American Republic Insurance
Company; Ames Savings and Loan Association and First
National Bank.
We find no tax liens or other encumbrances against the
above-described real estate.
