Being a Resolution accepting the plat of WESTWOOD
VILLAGE, a planned unit development in the City of Ames,
Iowa, consisting of the following described real estate:
Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , Four
(4) , Five (5) and Six (6) , Westwood
Village Subdivision of Ames, Iowa, said
lots being a plat of the following

North of the Southeast Corner of the South-
west Quarter (SW 4) of Section Five (5) ,
Township Eighty-three (83) North, Range
Twenty-four (24) West of the 5th P.M. , in
the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; then

There has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Ames, Iowa, a plat of WESTWOOD VILLAGE, a
planned unit development in the City of Ames , Iowa,
involving the land described below, and;
Karol J. Kocimski, is the sole owner of all land
described below to be known as WESTWOOD VILLAGE, a planned
unit development in the City of Ames, Iowa, and;
It now appears that the said owner of said real
estate has met all the conditions as prescribed by Chapter

the City of Ames, Iowa, with respect to platting of said
addition, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council

Iowa, and involving the real estate described as follows :

be and it is hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor
and City Clerk of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and they are
hereby directed to certify the Resolution affixed to said
plat.
