That we, Phil Coy and Sons, a partnership composed of Jack Coy
and Richard Coy; and Broadmoor Enterprises, Inc. all of Story County,
Iowa, do hereby covenant that we are the sole, lawful owners of the

Ames, Iowa, and that said platting is with our free consent and in accord-
ance with our desires as proprietors, and we do hereby dedicate and set
apart the streets and avenues shown on said plat for the perpetual use of
the public for the purposes stated.
