in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration, do hereby grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, a
municipal corporation, its successors and assigns , the perpetual
right to construct, reconstruct, maintain, repair and use its
public utility facilities and equipment upon, underground, over

all within WEST COURT TERRACE ADDITION TO AMES, IOWA, A REPLAT
OF BLOCKS "C" AND "F" , INCLUDING ALLEYS AND VACATED STREETS IN
FOSTER"S ADDITION TO. NEW PHILADELPHIA, NOW INCLUDED IN AND
IFORMING A PART OF THE CITY OF AMES , IOWA.
We further grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, the right
to permit other utility companies to construct and in the same
manner, maintain, repair and use their utility facilities,
jointly or severally, upon, underground, over and across the
HEGLAND. NEWBROUGH, real estate above described.

The foregoing rights are granted upon the express
