SANITARY SEWER RIGHT OF WAY
E° ''USPERMIT AND EASEMENT
The undersigned, Dayton Park, LTD. , an Iowa Limited
•� Partnership, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) , the

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to the
City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and
assigns, a perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and
use the following:
A. SANITARY SEWER.
Its sanitary sewer lines consisting of all underground
sanitary sewer lines, connections, hook-ups and other similar
equipment or any part thereof, for the sole purposes of general
sanitary sewer use, together with the right to go upon the
premises, make repairs, install lines, connect to existing lines
and to extend the said lines or mains to any other property or
location within the said easement area described below for the safe
operation of sanitary sewer lines upon underground or adjacent to
the real estate located in Wessex Subdivision, in Ames, Iowa, and
more. specifically described as follows:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE G.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that
the -City of Ames will assume liability for all damage to the herein --
described property caused by the City's failure to use due care in
its exercise of the granted right.

Sanitary Sewer Easement as shown on Wessex Subdivision, an Official Plat, City of Ames, Story
County, Iowa in Section 16, Township 83N, Range 24W, said easement 20.00 feet wide, lying
10.00 feet on either side of the following described line:
Commencing at the SE Corner of said section; Thence, N89°-51'-33"W along the South Line of
the SE 1/4 of said section a distance of 230.76 feet; Thence,N32°-29'-43"E a distance of 336.18
feet; Thence, N00°-01'-51"W along the East property line of Lot 1, a distance of 146.29 feet to
the Point of Beginning, with said easement beginning on property line; Thence,N20°-24'-12"W
a distance of 65.12 feet; Thence, S89°-36'-10"W a distance of 138.44 feet; Thence,
N81°-21'43"W a distance of 316.81 feet; Thence, S34°-34'-23"W a distance of 120.44 feet, to
the end of said easement.
