The foregoing easement is granted to the City of Ames for the Ames City Bus Service (Cy-Ride) to be allowed to turn their bus around on the above-described property. The City of Ames will be responsible for all construction, maintenance and repairs for the easement area and will assume liability for all damage to the herein described property by the City's failure to use due care in its exercise of the granted right.
