(A sidewalk agreement and a_public improvement agreement requiring a$1.9,000 Bondi (both signed by Paul Wiegand)were recorded./There is nothing of record that indicates that the improvements were installed. I am attaching copies of the two old agreements. 75529.PDF 75530.PDF The property is now being sold, and the buyer would like the record corrected to indicate completion of all of the required improvements. I am assuming that since it is 12 years old, buildings are built, and the property is occupied that everything was completed as required. The attorney for the property owner, Jeremy Sharpe of the Belin firm in Des Moines, would like to record an affidavit from you indicating that the improvements have been installed. I am copying him in on this email. John: Can you verify from the records of the Public Works Department that the required improvements are in place at the"Walter Family Campus Subdivision?" If so, Mr. Sharpe will forward to you an affidavit to that effect, which you can execute, have notarized, and then return to him for recording.
