LIEN HOLDER'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
WHEREAS, Union Planters Bank, N.A., (the "Lien Holder") is the present owner
of the following liens given by Jensen Development Corporation, Ltd., and Dickson
Jensen and Luann Jensen to Union Planters Bank,N.A.:
(a) Mortgage granted by Jensen Development Corporation, Ltd., to Union
Planters Bank,N.A.,to secure an original indebtedness of$1,075,000.00. The mortgage
is dated November 2, 1999, and was filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County,
Iowa, on November 2, 1999, and recorded as Instrument Number-99=1=4824;
(b) Assignment of rents granted by Jensen Development Corporation, Ltd., to
Union Planters Bank, N.A. The assignment of rents is dated November 2, 1999, and
was filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on November 2, 1999, and
recorded as Instrument Number 99-14823;
(c) Mortgage granted by Dickson Jensen and Luann Jensen to Union Planters
Bank, N.A., to secure an original indebtedness of$1,075,000.00. The mortgage is dated
December 20, 1999, and was filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on
January 14, 2000, and recorded as Instrument Number 00=00494;
(d) Assignment of rents granted by Dickson Jensen and Luann Jensen to
Union Planters Bank, N.A. The assignment of rents is dated December 20, 1999, and
was filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on January 14, 2000, and
recorded as Instrument Number 00-00495;
(e) Financing statement to Union Planters Bank, N.A., filed in the office of
the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on January 14, 2000, and recorded as Instrument
Number--00=00496,;
(f) Financing statement to Union Planters Bank, N.A., filed in the office of
the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on February 7, 2000, and recorded as Instrument
Number-'00=01325�-
The Lien Holder has an interest in the real property described in the consent to platting to
which this Lien Holder's Consent to Platting is attached; and
WHEREAS, the Lien Holder has been requested to consent to the platting of the
real property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Walnut Place
Subdivision of Ames, Iowa and deems it advisable to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration:

1. CONSENT. The Lien Holder agrees and consents to the platting of the real property
described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Walnut Place Subdivision of
Ames,Iowa to which this Consent to Platting is attached.

on its behalf on this 24th day of May, 2000.
