RESOLUTION NO. 00-333
RESOLUTION TO RELEASE AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS PERTAINING TO VULCAN INDUSTRIAL
PROPERTIES SUBDIVISION,A REPLAT OF LOT 7 IN PETE COOPER'S
SUBDIVISION TO AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,that the Agreement for Public
Improvements pertaining to Vulcan Industrial Properties Subdivision, a Replat of Lot 7 in Pete
Cooper's Subdivision, filed as Instrument No. 97-03924 in the office of the Recorder for Story
County, and an associated letter of credit, is hereby released and discharged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is authorized to execute an instrument of release
for the aforesaid and the Clerk shall attest to the same.
