This is to certify that I am an Attorney at Law, duly admitted to
practice in the State of Iowa and located at Ames, Iowa; that I
have examined the abstract of title certified to by the Cyclone
Abstract & Title Co. from the root of title down to and including
the 19th day of March , 1993, at 11:31 o'clock a.m. and
dealing with the title to the following described real estate:
