Dayton Park LTD. , in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1 . 00) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant a perpetual easement to the future owners of Lots 1, 2 and 3, their successors and assigns, for purposes of access over and across Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Valley East Plat No. 2, Ames, Iowa. The future owners of Lot 1, and their successors and assigns, are granted a perpetual easement over and across the driveway areas of Lots 2 and 3. The future owners of Lot 2, and their successors and assigns, are granted a perpetual easement over and across the driveway areas, of Lots 1 and 3 . The future owners of Lot 3, and their successors and assigns, are granted a perpetual easement over and across the driveway areas of Lots 1 and 2 . Dayton Park LTD. , in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1 . 00) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant a perpetual easement to the future owners of Lots 4, 5 and 6, their successors and assigns, for purposes of access over and across Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Valley East Plat No. 2, Ames, Iowa. The future owners of Lot 4, and their successors and assigns, are granted a perpetual easement over and across the driveway areas of Lots 5 and 6. The future owners of Lot 5, and their successors and assigns, are granted a perpetual easement over and across the driveway areas, of Lots 4 and 6 . The future owners of Lot 6, and 2 their successors and assigns, are granted a perpetual easement over and across the driveway areas of Lots 4 and 5. The foregoing cross easements are granted upon the express condition that the owners of the lots, their successor and assigns, to whom the easement is granted shall assume liability for all damage caused by that parties, failure to use due care in the exercise of their granted right. This easement shall be deemed to be a covenant running with the title to the land and shall be binding upon the parties hereto, and upon their heirs, successors and assigns. This easement may be released at any time by appropriate agreement for that purpose entered into between the owners of said lots, duly executed and acknowledged and filed for record in the office of the recorder of Story County, Iowa.
