RESOLUTION NO. 17-092
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
4303 COCHRANE PARKWAY AND 400 SOUTH DAKOTA AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 4303 Cochrane Parkway and 400 South Dakota Avenue, and
the owners are Daniel and Angelia Buhr and the City of Ames, dba Mary Greeley Medical Center,
respectively-, and,
WHEREAS, the real estate descriptions are:
Parcel K of Lot 4 and part of Lot 5 of Estates ofNature's Crossing Subdivision, and,
Parcel B in the SW1/4 of NW1/4 of Section 8, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5"
P.M., City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Departrnent with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Armes, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 4303 Cochrane Parkway and 400 South Dakota Avenue is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 28t1i day of February, 2017.
