RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS
FOR VARIOUS SUBDIVISIONS
WITHIN THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has filed a certificate of completion of subdivisions
improvements for the following subdivisions and locations within the City of Ames, Iowa:
Southwood Subdivision, 2nd.Addition: water main, in accordance with a contract with
Ames Trenching and Excavating, Inc.
Hillside Subdivision, 2nd Addition: paving, in accordance with a contract with Manatt's, Inc.
Hillside Subdivision, 3rd Addition: utilities, in accordance with contracts with Rhiners
Plumbing, ConStruct, Inc., and Manatt's, Inc.
Northridge Subdivision, 13th and 14th Additions: paving, in accordance with a contract with
Manatt's, Inc.
Northridge, 15th Addition: utilities, in accordance with a contract with Van Hauen and
Associates
Northridge, 15th Addition: curb and gutter and ACC paving, in accordance with contracts
with ConStruct, Inc. and with Manatt's, Inc.
Gateway Green Hills Phase II: water main, in accordance with a contract with HCS
Country Gables, 9th Addition: paving, in accordance with a contract with Manatt's, Inc.
;Suncrest S;ubdivr ion: paving, in accordance with a contract with Manatt's, Inc.
Bentwood, 2nd Addition: paving, in accordance with a contract with Manatt's, Inc.
Bloomington, 5th Addition: paving, in accordance with a contract with Manatt's, Inc.
Bloomington Heights, 6th Addition: utilities and paving, in accordance with contracts with
McAninch Corporation, Manatt's, Inc., and ConStruct
Cochranes, 2nd Addition, Lot 2: water main, in accordance with a contract with Ames
Trenching& Excavating, Inc.
Ames Community Industrial Park, 2nd Addition: water main, in accordance with a contract
with Ames Trenching &Excavating, Inc.
Southern Hills, 1 st.Addition: utilities, in accordance with a contract with Ames Trenching &
Excavating, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa, that the above-mentioned improvements in the above-mentioned subdivisions and site
locations within the City of Ames, Iowa have been fully completed by the Contractors in accordance
with the terms of the agreements and are hereby accepted and approved.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that all resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
