Iowa and located at Ames, Iowa, that I have examined the above abstract of title certified
b the Iowa Title Companyfrom the root of title down to and including the �_ day of

A Replat of all of Lot 31, Stone Brooke Subdivision Fifth Addition in the City of
Ames, Story County, Iowa and containing 15.744 acres more or less.
Based upon my examination of abstract, I am of the opinion that merchantable title in fee
simple and free from material objections is in Stone Brooke, L.L.C., who is the proprietor
of the real estate, subject to easements of record and which real estate is to be
hereinafter known as Stone Brooke Subdivision Sixth Addition, Ames, Story County,
Iowa.
